Project results
- Energy savings through the new construction of a CHP plant, which ensures high utilization of the primary energy input and efficient conversion into useful energy
- The system is equipped with a 20,000 liter buffer storage as well as new speed-controlled pumps and a higher-level control; control strategy allows priority operation of the CHP and reduction of peaks in power purchasing
- Optimized operation of technical installations as well as the perquisites for a 24/7 monitoring operation for emergencies based on building management technology
- Assurance of long-term success by monitoring of achieved savings through a sustainable energy management system
