Project description
- Framework contract for heating supply of 31 existing buildings owned by Residenz Berolina GmbH & Co. KG in Berlin.
- Reliable heating supply of the properties as well as maintenance of the heating systems, i.e. regular inspection, maintenance and repairs for each of the separately negotiated 10-year contracts.
- Compilation of various energy systems as well as execution of necessary refurbishments to increase efficiency.
- Installation of new quantity counters in every system and evaluation of current consumption rates via an online portal to identify additional potentials for savings.
- Long-term, sustainable reduction in energy costs.
