Project results
- Quarter with approx. 450 residential units, approx. 40,000 m², commercial units and underground parking, approx. 30,000 m² (area approx. 3 hectares, gross floor area approx. 70,000 m2)
- Construction of an ecological and pedestrian-only residential quarter (incl. passive houses, use of renewable energy and gray water), photovoltaic system, ventilation systems with heat recovery, LED-based lighting
- Own energy supply /distribution via CHP plant and wood pellet boiler
- Overall infrastructure provision for the property, including drinking water, effluent, rain water, heating supply, power supply, as well as
data and telecommunication network
- Development of a property communication network for media technology, user communication, malfunction notices,
telecommunications and broadband cable
- Development of an operating concept for the property
