Project description
- Building owner: Federal Ministry of Justice, Hessisches Baumanagement (HBM) (Hessian Building Management), northern location
- Architecture: Junk + Reich and Hartmann + Helm, Weimar
- Energy concept with thermal simulation, reduction in consumption approx. 30 %
- Up-to-date, complete fire protection technology
- New construction of all sanitation rooms, water hygiene according to DIN 1988
- Replacement of complete heating system 900 kW, four ventilation systems with heat recovery -20.000 m³/h according to DDI 6022, refrigeration systems 150 kW
- Replacement of all electrical systems as well as transformer system, security lighting, energy-saving lighting, security technology according to guidelines of the BKA (Federal Crime Bureau), conference and interpreting systems, solar power system 45 KW, data and
telecommunication system
