Technical building equipment, which includes power, water, and heating supply, plays an increasingly important role in the energy efficiency of a building. Due to more stringent regulatory requirements and the increasing complexity of the systems, TBE presents a significant portion of construction costs. With over 180 TBE engineers and seven locations nationwide, Kofler Energies is one of the 10 largest TBE planners in Germany and can draw on more than 30 years of experience in this field.

Our experienced engineers develop customer-specific master plans for new construction, remodels, additions, restructuring, or restoration. We start with an analysis of energy efficiency in which we evaluate all heating and energy relevant parameters. In this process, our focus is primarily on sustainability in terms of resource consumption, utilization of renewable energy, and reduction of CO2 emissions. Of course, we also pay attention to user comfort, and create pleasant workplace conditions at the same time. Beginning with planning and construction management of various systems in TBE, to project development, direction, control, and management, and ultimately to the development of sustainable energy concepts – Kofler Energies provides everything from a single source. We thereby cover the scope of work of the Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) (fee schedule for architects and engineers).
